Had a great stay at Novotel Antwerpen, Ekeren! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bed that made for a good night's sleep. I loved the convenient free parking on site, which made my travels around Antwerp so much easier. The friendly staff greeted me warmly and even allowed an early check-in, which was a nice touch.
The light switches in the room were a bit confusing.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. A staff member was exceedingly rude during the process, changing our confirmed room and leaving the children's bed unmade upon our arrival, which left us waiting in the lobby late at night. the limited lift capacity caused excessive waiting times, and parts of the room felt dated, adding to our discomfort during the stay.
